Group Accommodation - Weekend / Weekday

Dorm Rooms: Weekend bookings are strictly a minimum of 30 guests / 2 night stay

Please note the following:

We have to adhere to a strict 2 night minimum as increasing operating costs give us little room to move so please be mindful when enquiring (this also enables us to keep our overall accommodation costs down); Surcharge applies for less than 30 ppl in a weekend booking 

  • Long weekends - minimum 3 night stay or as above (at owners discretion based in minimum booking $ )
  • Peak season weekends: Nov - March ( we reserve the right to set minimum group $ spends) POA
  • Dorm accommodation is exclusive for groups use 

Additional hire cost for Kitchen/Dining/lounge hire  ($250/day) (Minimum 2 days/weekend booking)

  • Full use of all facilities (Pizza oven, BBQ, dishwasher, microwave, 75 inch TV, fire pit, fire place, all fridge and freezer facilities, crockery, cutlery)
  • The Dorm accommodation package includes exclusive use of the communal hall, kitchen, dorm rooms and toilet facilities.
  • Toilet block - 4 toilets, 3 showers & 3 toilets + urinal, 3 showers.  There is Wheelchair access to the toilets and showers

Breakdown of dorm accommodation types: 

    • 5 x Queen Bed Rooms & sofa bed
    • 1 x Queen Bed Room (with a bunk bed)
    • 1 x Double Bed Room (with bunk bed)
    • 2 x Twin Single Bed Rooms (with bunk bed) 
    • 5 x 3 Bunk Bed Rooms
    • # Pillows and mattress protectors provided 

    Optional Inclusions:

    • Linen pack - $35/ Queen bed & $30/Single bed - one off fee/bed ( Towels, Sheets)
    • Firewood - $80/night (0.5m2 of Redgum firewood & delivery fee incl)
    • Conference/activity room - $250 per event
    • PA System, Speakers, Projector , Screen- $250/weekend
    • Games Cart - $50/weekend
    • Decorative lights - garden & fairy, Festoon $50/weekend
    • White wooden chairs - $3/chair

    Additional charges

    • Day Visitors - $10/person (covers use of amenities, water, electricity, gas, waste removal)
    • Cleaning Fee: $360; This includes all pre/post -clean and preparation of facilities & bulk waste removal from site; May increase depending on group size due to an increase in waste removal costs
    • Breakage Bond:  $100 - $400 (depending on group type or at owners discretion)

    PAYMENT DETAILS

    Dorm Accommodation:

    A DEPOSIT of $1000 is required to secure your event date (Deducted from your final amount)

    Please note: Until a deposit is made we still have our booking sites open and your preferred dates may not be necessarily available

    Balance of Payment - REQUIRED Wednesday COB prior to weekend event

    PLEASE NOTE - WE NO LONGER ACCEPT PAYMENT ON DAY OF ARRIVAL

    # Please note: Credit card details needs to be provided for group bookings as a breakage bond

    Cancellation Policy

    Dorm area:

    12 months prior to stay - 100% refund

    6 months prior to stay - 50% refund

    > 3 months prior to stay - No refund

     Please note: Phoenix Park reserves the right to cancel a booking or room availability (at their discretion) should extenuating circumstances prevail - however, a full Deposit refund will be provided if this situation arises
