Dorm Rooms

* Minimum 25 guests / 2 night stay.  Surcharge applies for smaller groups.

Dorm accomodations works out at approx $35- $40 per person per night (BYO linen) when you share hall hire and bond costs.  This includes exclusive use of the communal hall, kitchen and dorm rooms and toilet facilities.

The toilet block has 4 female toilets/3 male toilets + urinal & 3 showers in each.  Wheelchair access to these toilets.

Breakdown of costs:

Queen bed  $33 p/p ($66 per bed) p/night 

Single bed   $33 p/night

Bunk bed     $28 p/night

Hall Hire      $200 p/day (min 2 weekends)enables full use of all facilities (hall, pizza oven, BBQ, dishwasher, microwave, 75 inch TV, fire pit, fire place, all fridge and freezer facilities, crockery, cutlery)

Optional Inclusions:

Linen           $35 per bed - one off fee per bed

Firewood     $50 - $100 (seasonally dependant)

Bond            $300 - $600 Partially refunded.  Usually $175 - $200 cleaning fee taken from bond & remainder refunded via direct debit.  

Band room  $150 per weekend

Dorm Room Set Up: 

  • 5 x Queen Bed Rooms with pull out sofa bed    $66p/n ($25 pp in sofa bed)
  • 2 x Double Bed Rooms (one with a bunk, one with trestle)           ($25 per bunk bed)
  • 2 x 2 Single Bed Rooms (with bunk bed)             $33 p/n ($28 per bunk bed)
  • 5 x 3 Bunk Bed Rooms (bed up to six each)        $28 p/n

Please note the sofa beds in the queen rooms are recommended for 1 adult or 2 children - otherwise expect a tight squeeze.

Cancellation Policy

12 months prior to stay - 100% refund

6 months prior to stay - 50% refund

3 months prior to stay - No refund

Weekday Accomodation

* Workers Accomodation - according to availability

0 - 4 nights - $85 per night (linen included)

5+ nights     - $60 per night (with weekly linen refresh)
