The 65 acre Phoenix Park property has several zones for hire.  The Dorm Area is a private, enclosed zone available for exclusive use by groups larger than 30 people for minimum 2 night stay.

Bedrooms 1 and 8 are closest to the Kitchen Hall and bedrooms 7 and 14 are closest to the toilet block

There are male and female facilities (toilet/showers x 4/3 per side), wheelchair access to toilets but steps up into dorm rooms and kitchen hall and band room.
